When booking your appointment if 24 hours or less is given for a cancelation or amendment to your appointment you will incur a 50% charge.
For no shows and the day of cancellations your will incur the full amount of the appointment.
Removals on my application normally take 15mins, if you have other nail technicians work applied I am happy to remove, however any extra time taken more than the 15 mins will incur a charge of £5 per extra 10mins charge.
